Acceptance and services

These terms govern use of flylashbeauty.com and appointments with Fly Lash Beauty Studio. By booking or receiving services, you agree to applicable booking and studio policies presented to you. Service offerings, artists, availability, and prices may change.

Appointments

Bookings are subject to availability. Please provide accurate contact information and follow the preparation instructions provided with your appointment.

Cancellation and no shows

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. A no show may incur a charge of 100%. Outstanding charges may need to be paid before another booking. The checkout or booking terms shown when you reserve may include additional details.

Late arrival

Arrive on time. If you are late, we may shorten, change, or reschedule your service based on available time. The reserved service price or applicable cancellation charge may apply where disclosed.

Safety and results

Before treatment, tell your provider about relevant allergies, sensitivities, eye or skin conditions, medications, and previous reactions. Products and adhesives can cause irritation or allergic reactions; a patch test does not eliminate that risk. Results and retention vary by person and aftercare. Seek medical attention for a serious reaction. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Payment and promotions

Payment is due as stated at booking or checkout. We may correct pricing errors and disclose changes to a requested service before performing it. Gift cards and promotions may have separate terms, subject to applicable California law.

Website and content

We aim to keep descriptions, prices, images, and availability current but may correct errors. Website text, images, and branding belong to Fly Lash Beauty Studio or their licensors. Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent bookings, interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

External services and liability

Third party booking and payment services have their own terms. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising solely from use of this website. These terms do not waive nonwaivable consumer or personal injury rights.
