Our approach

We want clients to feel heard and to receive a fair review of concerns about a service, appointment, charge, staff interaction, accessibility issue, or privacy matter. Please tell us what happened so we can investigate.

Include your name, appointment date, service, a description of the concern, and the outcome you seek. Share photographs if relevant, but avoid sending payment card details or sensitive health information through an unsecured form.

What happens next

We will review the appointment and any relevant records, speak with staff where appropriate, and respond within a reasonable time. Complex matters may take longer. We may ask for more information or offer an explanation, correction, follow up appointment, refund, or other remedy where appropriate. Any proposed remedy will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

Service reactions and urgent concerns

If you experience a serious reaction, vision changes, breathing difficulty, or another urgent medical issue, seek medical care promptly and tell us when safe to do so. Reporting a complaint does not replace medical advice.

Privacy complaints and further options

For a concern about personal information, identify it as a privacy request so we can handle it under our Privacy Policy. You may pursue any rights or remedies available under applicable law. We will not retaliate against a client for raising a good faith concern.
